Hello, I'm Jenn

Back in late 2020, transitions were happening in my business, and my body was over the fact that I was not giving it an outlet for expression. I started to plateau in my energy, in my creativity, and everything felt heavy.

I was getting superbly frustrated at myself, increasing self pressure and not understanding what the fack was the lesson.

The reality was I was still showing up, operating a 6 figure business, attracting clients AND I was starting to feel the infamous familiarity of ‘burnout’ that we as women endure. And worry set in about the sustainability of my business and the bigger vision of my lifestyle desires.

Well, GF, I started to make big decisions and investments to begin my next 6 months which would be the hardest thus far. I was experiencing major growth and my body was not caught up. I hired an EFT Coach, a Somatic Trauma Informed Coach, and a Business Coach. Moreover, my intuitive energy drew me to embracing practices that served me deeply. I want to share that with you.

Leading from simply mindset and strategy won’t cut it anymore in the new paradigm. We are shifting from surviving to thriving beloved.
