The Three Forces of Sacred Elevation
Inspired by the Mayan lands we walk on daily, the Ceiba or Ya'axché (in the Mayan language) is the most sacred tree, symbolizing the universe and offering a way of communication across three levels of the Earth. This active cycling elevates us as human beings. Every time we break through a pattern that needs disruption we move up and down the tree, in this way, the tree grows stronger, and the base widens. With 2 degrees in Business plus 16+ years in executive roles working in Marketing & Sales in Financial Services in high-powered NYC—I've seen it all. Business is wild and your leadership depends on it and I am here to see you elevate your game.

Meet the Sacred Elevation Leadership
Ana Mercedes Polanco
I am a fourth generation ancestral healer and daughter of migrant, mixed-race parents with roots in the Dominican Republic and Colombia. I grew up in New York, an immensely culturally diverse place, allowing me to explore my sense of service and justice for excluded communities.
In 2013 after a long and complex relationship as a civil and human rights political strategist, I decided to leave behind multiple burnout cycles and explore my own journey toward liberation, reconciliation and purpose. I began accompanying women in leadership roles to discover how they might reimagine their relationship to purpose from a place of joy and freedom. As an ancestral coach, returning to traditional forms of herbalism and becoming a facilitator of family constellations helped me remember the power of nature, the hidden wisdom of our family tree and the importance of ancestral rituals. By making connections through this process I began to understand how each generation gets stuck in unhealthy ways and with the right tools, awareness and language, unhealthy generational cycles can be shifted.
I am currently living with my family in Chiapas, Mexico while I keep exploring different forms of liberation, reconnection with the land and the roots of Mayan culture. As a result my constellations are dynamic and continue to expand through a large, diverse cultural lens that helps me connect with anyone who feels they are ready to pursue new forms of freedom.

I am a consulting astrologer and business oracle dedicated to supporting visionary leaders and entrepreneurs. I work closely with numerous CEOs and independent business owners, bringing over two decades of experience in astrology and coaching to the table. I am deeply committed to helping men and women transform mythic wisdom into strategic action, providing them with an astrological edge for crystalline clarity in decision-making and soul-deep validation.
Throughout my career, I have led successful international retreats, spoken at transformational festivals and online summits, and participated in numerous podcast interviews.
My passion lies in empowering more people to lead with their purpose and passion, guiding them to become prosperous entrepreneurs who can work from home to raise their children or choose a location-independent lifestyle.
On a personal note, I am the proud mother of two magical little girls, and my family and I currently reside in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
